Balance, PLLC ("Balance," "we," "us") operates realizebalance.com and provides bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting services from 7032 Windgate Road, Woodbury, MN 55125.

Information we collect

Information you choose to share with us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages you send through our contact options or by email. If you become a client, we collect the financial records necessary to perform the services you engage us for.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, provide services you request, and communicate about your account. We send mailing list content only to people who ask for it, and you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing pam@realizebalance.com.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share client financial data with third parties except the software platforms used to deliver services (such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Hubdoc, Gusto, and Bill.com), service providers under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Client data security

Client financial records are handled through established, access-controlled accounting platforms. Access is limited to the Balance team members working on your account.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use basic analytics to understand site traffic. It does not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data.
